The Mobile location for Orkin is simply the very best! The reason we stay with Orkin is due to the service that Tom Tafs provides. We have a 2nd home in Lillian, Alabama. We try to meet Tom when we can to perform service on the inside of the home. We don't always accommodate Tom as our schedules can be tough. Tom does his absolute best to ensure we get the very best in service. So Tom will perform all of our services on the outside of our home immediately since he has access. He also offers for us to call or text him when we are in town so that he can assist with our inside services. During our last trip to our home, Tom already performed the outside service. I texted Tom to see if he was available while knowing how busy he was. Tom replied and fit us into his busy schedule. What makes this more special is that Tom called me to tell me he would stop by in 20 minutes. He was right on schedule! Thank you Tom for making us feel like an important customer. You are the best in class!

I was impressed in the beginning with Orkin. The day of the service is when I realized that we were being lied to. Mike Elliott the salesman repeatedly told us that a crew was coming to exterminate our home. The morning of service only one technician showed up to our home. He stated that they’re short on workers and that nobody else was coming. I called Mr. Elliott immediately and he insisted that a crew was on the way. No one else never showed up. The one guy worked all day by himself. He didn’t finish the job and had to come back.
