Our Tech, DOMINICK was great. Automated notifications could use some work on the I.T. side. I was scheduled for 2-4 and got a notification tech was on the way at 830am. I called and they reiterated my 2-4 but at 145 I got another notification that my service couldn't be completed. As I closed the email I noticed the tech had just arrived. Didn't affect my service necessarily...just a tad confusing.
