The technician fake sprayed a chemical on my baseboard and was in and out of my buisness in 4mins. He also forged the signature!!!!!! Don't hire these crooks!!!!! Hire a mom and pop like Im about to. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows how they do business!!!

I have had Orkin for about 2 1/2 months. I have been dealing with calling them literally every other week to get rid of ants. I stated maybe they needed to spray more heavily than what they were and when they did that the ants were gone. That lasted about a month which is cool in that room, but then it occurred in other rooms in which were sprayed lightly. It seems like they spray a little but enough to make them go away so they can keep coming back depending on areas sprayed. I have closed my account. Worst experience ever for the money they expect to be paid. I even had some outside service to get rid of the bees under the porch in which they said they would take care of. He sprayed but apparently did nothing about the hive (which they stated they would) if not I would have hired someone else. We all know we have to get rid of the hive to get rid of them but they sprayed and some died & others survived! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Just had our 1st application to get rid of moles. The salesman, Pavel came out, checked our lawn and gave us a quote. We were assured a repeat application would be done if the 1st application showed no change. We also are getting the mosquito treatment. It was rescheduled due to rain. We are hopeful these applications will allow us to once again enjoy our yard.

The sales guy on the phone promised everything to deal with some ants I saw. This included full inspection of the house, inside and out, as well as the attic. All holes the size of a pencil up to a quarter would be filled. Inside and outside would be sprayed. When the Orkin guy showed up, he didn’t even know what services he was performing. He also said he doesn’t go into the attic nor fill any holes or gaps around the house. He said a separate inspector needs to come out, and holes or gaps to be filled would all cost extra. The sales guy on the phone said all of this would cost about $343. That actually sounded great if they were to do everything he promised! However, the $343 I paid was for about 30 minutes of time the orkin man spent here doing who knows what. I asked him for an itemized list of everything he did at the house, but I never got it. The most info I received was when I ran down to his truck as he was leaving to ask what he did. He actually tried to leave without giving me any verbal summary on what he did. I will be calling orkin back to try to get all my money back. Beware of the companies you call for things like this!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with Orkin. DJ was the one who worked on my house. He was very thorough. Looked at everything and explained what I could do around the house. Highly recommend DJ helping with your home needs.

The technician that comes to my house is great! He always asks if there are any areas I am specifically concerned about and remembers from one time to the next what my focus was the last time. He is very nice, and always gets in and out quickly, apologizing for bothering me (which he never does). The service itself is very accommodating, never giving me a hard time if I have to switch dates or need an extra application due to seasonal infestations.
