Slightly disappointed that I was advised the backyard would be treated but only the perimeter of the yard was treated in which that was not disclosed over the phone in which they had talked me into doing the lawn additional to the interior of the home for bug removal. The personnel was only on the property for a very short period of time and specified us to purchase additional things on our own to treat the lawn with and which was not specified upon going over everything on the phone they made it sound as if they would be treating the whole property not I have to buy separately additional items and they're only treating the perimeter of the exterior of the home. Lastly we are still seeing bugs on the exterior of the home I do have follow-up treatments planned but so far not a great experience.

Service is good. But signing contracts is not user friendly. No docusign system. Print, Sign, Scan and attach to email too much hassle Please sign with a Contract Lifecycle management company.

My extermination Tech was very professional and detailed about the products that was used. He did a walk thru and placed the traps in different locations and explain how mice becomes familiar with area where past traps was sat and why it’s good to relocate every time Orkin has to come out.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Orkin as a first-time customer. Based on the company’s reputation, I expected a thorough, professional treatment and a level of service that matched what was promised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The technician was in my home for approximately 20 minutes and did not treat the entire house as I was led to believe would be done. Several areas were either overlooked or not serviced at all, leaving me feeling that the treatment was incomplete. Since the service, I have not noticed any meaningful reduction in pest activity, which has been very frustrating considering the amount I paid. Overall, I feel that I did not receive the quality of service I was promised, and this experience has been a significant disappointment. At this point, I believe my money was wasted. I will be contacting a supervisor as soon as possible to discuss my concerns and to seek an appropriate resolution. I sincerely hope Orkin takes customer satisfaction seriously and addresses situations like this promptly.

I called Friday afternoon about a mouse issue and spoke with a guy who scheduled me for Saturday between 12–2 PM. I rearranged my entire room and moved a lot of things around to prepare for the visit, only for no one to show up. There was no call, no text, no update—nothing. The most frustrating part is that the office was closed on Saturday, so there was no way for me to contact anyone or figure out what was going on. On top of that, they had already taken down my card information, which makes the situation even more concerning. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. If you can’t honor your scheduled appointments, the least you can do is communicate with your customers. I expected much better service, especially for something as urgent as a pest issue.

John C is an amazing person and worker. He has been to our apartment for a few months now over a few issues, John has brought my feelings up again about Orkin, as I had a guy first who was very unfriendly and didn't do much of anything but demanded what he wanted moved etc all of the time. John is very friendly and people oriented and kind. He listens and assures us we will be safe with him. John was telling me today that he loves this profession and wants tor remain in it, he also spoke highly of the company which is a blessing now days as many don't even seem to know what loyalty means.. I am a senior citizen and he treats me very well always asking permission to do this or that as he goes. He was also telling me how he goes home and studies issues he has found during the day what a blessing, this man will go places in the company, take care of him! and Thank You Orkin for the service!

This place has such stupid way of doing business. I called to have someone come out to my business for an ant problem. They said someone would call me back to schedule. I waited until the next day and nobody had called. I called back and they said that sometimes it takes 48 hours to get a call back but they would transfer me right away to someone who could set up an appointment. I was then told that I was scheduling for someone to come out to do an inspection and give me a quote. The service wouldn’t be performed that day. If I approved the quote, they would then schedule to have someone come out to do the work. No thanks. I don’t have days to waste for ants. I called someone else, he came out immediately that day and serviced my building right away.

I would not recommend them for mice extermination, I called them out and the only thing they did was put mice traps down, glue traps and the traditional traps, I paid $200 for them to come out and do something I could’ve did myself and not one mouse has been caught using their traps, I actually seen a mice run right across one and didn’t get caught, also they also do inspection of the home to see the entry points which makes it seem worth the fee they charge you to come out but they don’t give you the assessment in an email so it’s pointless to me

Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!! Where to begin!!?? This location is a huge scam also false advertisement signing up they told me if I paid a certain amount I'll get 8 treatments with payment they sent someone out the 2nd time I'm thinking it comes with the package they tried to charge me 100$ They did not take care of the problem at all!! Both time they didn't do much!!! I even told them where the source was they never fully checked it out instead they kept saying they didn't see anything but when I checked the traps I seen plenty!!!! When I called they did not try to fix the problem at all but instead tried to bill me for the last visit that they didn't do anything on!! Do not waste your time or money!!! They don't care!!!! #Scam!!!!!!!!
