We have had for 4 or 5 years. They have gone down hill once we lost our second guy. The guys after have sucked. I have found "ALL" of the mouse entrances into the house and had to take care of them. They only do half of what of what they are suppose to. Recently they have dropped dead mice throughout our yard, to which then our one year old puppies found and started to play and/or chew on them. Totally disgusted with them.

I never thought I would have to deal with rats but I did. From my 1st phone call every one has been very helpful. The guys that came to put done this steel mesh (don’t remember what it is actually called) but boy did they work hard digging around my house to bury it so the rats wouldn’t come back. I would recommend Orkin to anyone that needs help.

It's very easy to write a positive review when everything goes according to plan. However, in my experience, the true character of a person and a company is best revealed during adverse conditions. Our service turned out well, as would be expected from a brand-name like Orkin. But my comments are about the people and the Green Bay store. Exceptionally professional: honest, responsive, direct and timely. I have 100% confidence that should I need their help, it would be provided. This is a company (location) you can trust - not because they are perfect (none of us are), but because they will look you in the eye and do the right thing!

This service was really good. Than our technician prior visit a not doing our location anymore, and the replacement person is terrible! I had to do most of the work myself. Hornets and wasps are back stronger than ever as well as the mice! Watched most of the time they only do a quarter of the property and leave really quick! I am canceling this as soon as I can due to the cost of it and the absolutely terrible job!!

So happy with Orkin’s same day response to my Bee situation!! Ken was super friendly, informative, and professional with his service call! The morning started with my dog getting stung multiple times, and two hours later we received treatment to take care of the nest.
