We had been in this house for less than a year and we found out it had a pretty bad termite problem. We called Orkin and a few other places but by far Orkin was the most professional and informative! We felt so comfortable throughout the entire process from the inspection to the amazing team who did the treatment for us. They Did Not cut any corners! We felt so blessed! I would call Orkin for any major pest issue you may have!

Awesome service. The service technician that came out today 5/5/25 service address was in Georgetown Twp Mi. (Timothy )was very professional and down to earth. This is very rare nowadays. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. No hurry and did not do a half *** job. He needs a raise. I did not feel the need to “watch over him”.

They started out good, but really fell off. We had a kid come and we watched him do practically nothing on our ring cams. Since we've had a spring bug explosion, everything we are supposed to be treated for are swarming our house and property. We've seen probably 20 wolf spiders in our house in the past few weeks. I've called and they say they are going to schedule and don't come. They changed an appointment we've been waiting for yesterday. My wife and I changed our whole day to a accommodate them so they could treat the house and all we got was a text a half an hour before. By then it was to late. We'd already planned and changed our day for them. When I called yesterday to complain about this they said they'd have a manager call me. The manager never called. Don't waste you time or money. This company is not what it use to be. I'm looking for another company today.

I definitely recommend Tim! I was feeling so overwhelmed thinking of having our house sprayed as we have kids and I’m not a huge chemical fan. Tim was very nice and knowledgeable and took his time to assess the issue thoroughly and properly. We were on the same page with a solution that I was comfortable with. He left and I felt so much better about everything! I am grateful for such great service!!

Travis contacted me beforehand to let me know exactly when he would be arriving, and he was on time. He spent a very long time examining every possible crevice, nook, and cranny around our bedroom and search of bedbugs which we thought for sure he would find. He even called his manager with what he had found, and his manager drove out to join him in the hunt. The two of them spent several hours searching not only the bedroom where we felt there was a problem, but the other two bedrooms and our living room and family room as well. They reported honestly what they found, which was precisely nothing… We appreciated the time and effort and honesty! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely unacceptable driving from an employee. I wonder if it was the same guy I saw doing the same exact thing during the summer over near Post Dr. This guy was on the highway a few days ago swerving and fluctuating speed. When I drove past, he was looking STRAIGHT DOWN at his phone and giggling. Same thing I saw this summer. Another guy was going 20 under near Greenville when it was snowing, that's forgivable even though the roads were completely fine. I just kindly ask that the employees of this company take road safety seriously and stay off their phones.

I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.
