I used them years ago and super great, this time not so much. They told me spiders, stink bugs and other insects would be included with the flea treatment...but they just sprayed today, (second treatment)and I found a live stink bug and there was a live spider as well! This was right after they sprayed!? Also, there wasn't much information about how to prepare for the service or after care. The technician the first time left my front door open afterwards, and overall just seemed not super thrilled about his job.

Inspectors came to our house within hours of us calling. The inspectors were very helpful explaining everything that was going on. The service technician came the following day on time, he inspected as he walked me through explaining what he was going to do. The technician was very polite, worked very clean, and was knowledgeable explaining to me what and why he was doing what he did!

Within days of my husband and I leaving on an anniversary trip out of the country we discovered a pest had entered our house. We contacted another company who described an extermination process that was utterly overwhelming. I was in a panic. We had to leave in two days. So I called Orkin. They arrived in less than 2 hours. “Tim” could not have been more kind, understanding, compassionate and helpful. He explained his very simple but thorough procedure clearly and assured me repeatedly that we would be okay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. He expressed how this was his goal to help and give people peace of mind. We are now able to go on our trip with exactly that. Thank you Orkin and thank you Tim. You’re the best. Ethan came to the house and provided amazing service!! Kept a good conversation and explained what he was doing and how things would work. Included that the product he was using was animal friendly (we have a dog). He is an extremely nice man!!

I’m sure they did a fine job insulating the attic, but they should’ve told us to cover EVERYTHING because there is a thick layer of dust EVERYWHERE and there’s a dust trail all through the house. It is beyond frustrating. Upon further inspection, I’ve found that EVERY SQUARE INCH of this house is COVERED insulation dust. The insulator admitted to not checking if the trash bag meant to hold in the insulation was intact, and offered to have someone come out with a shop vacuum…. That’s not going to do the job. We need about 20 people with the best dusters, and swiffer wet jets money can buy over here. And a dry cleaner to get all my clothes treated. Pulling my hair out.

Trent was our service tech who visited us at our home in Spring Lake, MI. He was courteous, thorough and professional. In addition to the normal tests and routines, he provided us with additional inspections to make certain of our pest status. We couldn't have been more pleased with Trent and his "I'll take care of you" attitude. Thanks so much, Orkin for training your team to be the best they can be.

Specifically had an appointment today from 12-2. I waited 4 hours wasting my day waiting when I could be taking care of my mom. Shannon called me on Wednesday to say they weren’t coming that day because Central Dispatch doesn’t know their schedule. So soonest to get someone to come was today July 5th. Called their office and left a message. Called the (877) and the woman said she was putting it into regional manager and I’d receive a call back. Waited another hour to call back the (877) and apparently they don’t know who the regional manager is, but I’ll get a call on Monday. I’ve used these guys before and they were initially good the first few times & then I wouldn’t get a call back for service. I put in for this new service for $188 today and I get a no call and no snow. Extremely unprofessional. To say I’m not happy is an understatement.

We had been in this house for less than a year and we found out it had a pretty bad termite problem. We called Orkin and a few other places but by far Orkin was the most professional and informative! We felt so comfortable throughout the entire process from the inspection to the amazing team who did the treatment for us. They Did Not cut any corners! We felt so blessed! I would call Orkin for any major pest issue you may have!
