Christopher was helpful, a good listener, and pleasant to work with as we explained our bug/insect situation. Thankfully, he also took care of the wasp that comes every year. Now we can enjoy our backyard again. Our house is free from ants, stink bugs, Asian beetle bugs (they bite), daddy long legs, wasp, etc. We welcome the peace and quiet and the extra free-time since we are not vacuuming bugs up inside our house each week. I was told that someone would come spray and complete crack and crevice at least every other month. The guy came yesterday, sprayed outside, then asked my daughter what else did he need to do??? Really? Your job, you should already know…! My daughter said she didn’t know, then he left. This morning, what do I see in my home… a MOUSE! Something that is in the package I pay for to prevent. Not happy to pay $100 a month for someone not to do a complete service to my home. Now I have to wait till Tuesday for someone to return.

Sean has been wonderful in helping us with our problem. I would recommend him to anyone. He's kind, caring and genuinely cares about his clients and their needs. I feel very comfortable when he's in my home. Give this man a raise because he certainly deserves it. There definitely needs to be more people like him and believe me , there hard to come by these days. The only complaint I have is the price I paid. It's a bit much for people on disability but other than that, Sean does a primo job.

If I could zero stars I would. They keep emailing, texting and calling for feedback, I share my bad experiences over the course of a month and two visits, and yet no one ever follows up. Why ask for feedback if you’re not going to do anything or follow up? I had two techs on different occasions treat for wasp nests and both gave very poor feedback about the company and process and shared they were leaving for better jobs within the week. I started having wasp intrusion inside my home only after their treatments and no one ever followed up to my calls and texts. Finally paid another company (thank you Pest Pros!) to come out and handle the problem for me as it was urgent and I’m allergic with a dog in the home. Finally got the first nice person on the phone after three other bad interactions and he was able to cancel for me. Inquired about partial refund for the $350 failed job after having to pay another company to fix it. He was supposed to return my call after speaking to the manager (this was on 9/9/24) and now it’s been a month and no one has gotten back to me. The company emailed me a survey last week and I provided lengthy feedback about my experience and yet again, no one has reached out. So no thanks to Orkin for caring about my feedback, safety, terrible experience and money!
