Orkin termite division came without scheduling or calling in advance. Not happy! We weren’t home when they came. We don’t like people on our property without calling or notifying us first. I only knew they were here by my ring camera. I called Orkin afterwards and asked them to call me to re-schedule at a mutually convenient time. I have not received a call, yet! I am a long time Western/Orkin customer. I should be respected and treated better! I am very happy with the pest division. Great inspector and service ( by Sharma). The termite division not so much. I need to consider if I will continue this service ( or lack there of). I can’t believe they keep sending surveys to rate their (service??). I don’t even know what the did.

There good if something you ask the tech. can you do this they are more than willing do accommodate again if you ask can i get a few extra glue pads not a problem and the tech. will put the pest control where you like it. All in All decent exterminators…. Also I’m not a not nasty person that keeps my home in a nasty funky matter so thattttt makes it much easier when they arrive continue to improve more tactics to the bugs. Thanks Steven Moon

I had a poor experience with Orkin. I called and scheduled for a mouse in my apartment. They said the best program would be two visits for $303. The time was scheduled for same day in the afternoon. They rescheduled the time twice but eventually did come that day. The worker was very helpful and responsive and did a good job setting traps and finding holes in my walls. After he left I was able to catch the mouse. I called Orkin to tell them the second visit wasn’t needed and asking if I could have a partial refund. They stated the second visit doesn’t happen unless I request it. And since I didn’t reach out a second visit would never have happened. This was annoying as I thought I bought two scheduled visits but only got one. And orkin said I paid for one visit with a free follow up. I felt misled and upset that this was their business model to sell people two visits and then only give them one unless they asked. If I had know this I would have gone with another company.

My experience was good when Garvin showed up this morning however I had an inspection a week before this and my appt was cancelled due to over scheduling due to there office I didnt know this until I got an email about my appt being cancelled which I was unaware so I had to reschedule other than that I am satisfied with the work. Garvin showed up this morning he was very professional.
