We had a single phone conversation to set up what we understood to be treatment inside house and perimeter, but when technician arrived, they said it was only a single indoor treatment & the price paid was for only 1 carpeted room, but they would treat whole house as if it was a favor. But they also said ongoing monthly payments might not be necessary - contradicting with an annual agreement on monthly payments with bi-monthly treatments. So we called to get more contradictions and realized they wanted the $300 for a single indoor treatment. I'm not sure if that's high, because we selected Orkin for the name and because they treat both in and outside. Now i wish i had both recorded that initial call and gotten other estimates. I can tell the treatment is good, but I can't recommend a company i cannot trust. By close of day they still hadn't answered my basic question: how much is the perimeter treatment? It feels very sneaky.
