Great service. I asked to have my window of availability shortened, as my day was going to be very busy. The Technician, Heather, made me the 1st stop of the day and was at my door right on time. She performed her duties, updated me and gave a few suggestions for some outside remedies. It was all done in 20 minutes and my day was able to start right on time.

I had a problem with spiders and ants and today will be Orkin’s forth visit. I am so happy to report that ants and spiders population have gone way down, like 80%, this year. We are so pleased with their service. We highly recommended.

I’ve had a plan with Orkin for about a year now and they have been nothing short of fantastic. my house has had ladybug infestations, house flies, mice, and fungus gnats and they’ve been able to get rid of them all. They always come same day or next day to handle things and are so kind. Special shout out to Jacob and Mckenzie who have done amazing work on my property!

We have a service account with Orkin and pay for bi-monthly services since 2022. Our technician has now missed our last two treatments even though they told their boss they came. We have cameras on property and the dude lied to us TWICE. After the manager finally called us back it well took over a week for him to come out and assess our ant situation. Hundreds of dollars spent over the course of our contract and the best you can do is 8 days later?! Today as I write this it has now been close to three weeks and our ant problem is even worse, we have now lost two bookings and have had to refund another. We are now out hundreds of dollars and any faith we had in this company is long gone. As customers with an open and current account with Orkin, I wouldn’t recommend signing up if this is how they treat their own clients. Calling corporate to narc on the Pittsfield branch for: their lack of urgency and accountability during our emergency (as current clients), their work ethic, their overall honesty and the actual lack of service provided. I am forced to do this because I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in their local branch office. Zero stars boys.
