Alejandro was very friendly, punctual, and did a great job treating our windows. He was also especially kind to our dog who kept following him everywhere, which we appreciated!

Isela came to my home to help with a gnat problem in my drains. She was delightful and quite knowledgeable about the issue and how to combat it. She talked me through everything she was doing during the treatment. All was done quickly and efficiently.

Had to have our house fumigated. When scheduling, we asked our contact about the possibility of a break in while the house was empty. He says, “oh, it happens from time to time, but it’s not really a huge concern.” Cool. During fumigation, I start getting weird alerts from ADT, so I reach out to our Orkin contact to see if the fumigation team might be there for some reason. “No, our fans can cause that sometimes. Nothing to worry about.” Cool. Fast forward to my neighbor calling me to tell me the fume team (not from Orkin, but a third-party I’ve never heard of: Mega Fume) is taking the tent down and our alarm is going off. I run over to the house and indeed someone had kicked our door in and stolen several thousand dollars worth of property and some items that are irreplaceable. No one from Orkin has ever acknowledged this. I had to ask the fume team lead to send me the pictures he took of how he found the door. They weren’t even going to tell me. They were just going to let my family come home to a tossed house with no explanation. They also broke several items around the house that had been moved where they told me to move them, specifically so they would not get broken. I’ve debated whether to write this review for a couple week. Try to just move on, you know? But this morning their tech showed up for our monthly treatment at 7AM and rang the doorbell. When we ignored that, he took that as an invitation to let himself in through our closed gate and mosey around our yard. Thanks Orkin, for the multiple modes of unwanted trespassing!

Their low ratings make sense after my experience today. I was scheduled for a termite inspection and the technician that called me made up a ridiculous excuse so he wouldn’t have to drive across town to my home. He said the Orkin has a gentleman’s agreement with terminix and won’t service properties that were previously serviced by terminix. So customers can’t get second opinions? Or change providers? That makes no sense. He started the call by saying that it would take him 1:30 to get to me so I am convinced his laziness was the real reason. When I called customer service to complain, they had never heard of such a policy. They told me they would call me back but i haven’t heard back and it’s been 8 hours. This company will waste your time. Try a local place. Better service. Or even terminix

I was actually hoping to be a repeat customer as my first experience with Orkin was very positive but this second time was terrible. If you are not ready to book and confirm on that same call (service prices ranging from 500+), be ready to receive conflicting quotes and mixed messages based on who you are speaking to. The first, second, and third time I called - I was given three completely different quotes and service packages, and this was all before any type of formal inspection at the home. I will not be back sadly.

Outstanding customer care, great communication and empathy. I’m So grateful for the caring service! I had a stressful situation when my tenant reported that there was a mice problem in the attic, and crawlspace. After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option. From the first visit Robert Russell, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawlspace, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company is top-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes. Thank you Robert for making a difficult situation so much easier! 10 stars for Robert!
