First you came passed 11 when you scheduled 8 19. 2nd, he ginudhef the job in about 30 minutes without spraying upper cabinets and garage until i told him.third many active roaches appeared about 5pm. Were they not supposed to die because of the smell, i expected to see dead roaches or at least not active ones because of the spray. But they're just as active as before the spray. By the way the guy was talking on the phone from the time he started to the time he finished. Im not really sure if he did the spraying correctly or enough because i did not see dead roaches but active oned. He's a nice guy and respectful though.

Not a review on their actual service but customer service. We called for a consultation and the guy that picked up the phone was so pushy and assertive. After discussing the price and the package options, I had let him know that I will talk with my husband first and reach back out. He didn’t like that and kept pushing me to just talk to my husband while he was on the line & when I repeated that I need more time, he questioned “why I need more time when there are roaches in my house.” Finally, my husband was upset hearing this conversation and took over the call and the salesperson accused him of being “aggressive.” Totally unprofessional. Please give your potential clients time to discuss and think about the investment instead of demanding it.
