Satisfaction Guaranteed? Not Even Close. This company is a nightmare. The cockroaches are just as bad today as when they started — their treatment didn’t work, period. They do not honor their so-called “money-back guarantee.” I called repeatedly and got no answer. No one returned my calls. I canceled my service — and they still sent someone out to treat my yard even though I didn’t want it done. I was trying to get rid of cockroaches, not pay for lawn service. They billed me every month despite “quarterly treatments” and now claim I still owe them money. And I wouldn’t have a problem paying that if there was some kind of progress in my situation.I get more calls from them chasing payments than I ever did when I was a customer. Consumer beware: their guarantee is worthless, their billing practices are shady, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed and robbed.

I would like to say first off, the service and technician were top notch. Polite, on time, quick and efficient. My only problem is that when you're done providing the service, please leave my driveway immediately after. I waited approximately 25 minutes for the tech to leave the driveway. Meanwhile, my 3 dogs are crossing their legs and clinching ass cheeks since they were locked up for an hour. And I had an appointment that I scheduled around the 2 hour arrival window and 45 minute service time. Please address this issue of sitting in people's driveways, talking on the phone and doing paperwork for upto 30 minutes after work is done.
