Orkin was amazing Khalil did an awesome job about communicating ways to not only prevent the ants from coming back but also about what all he sprayed and he also got the outside of the house as well! 10/10 Thank you guys!

I’ve been paying for bi-monthly service since June. I’ve had 2 visits from a tech, both in July. The tech shows up, knocks on a back or side door, then leaves a little card and leaves. No phone call, no attempt at using a doorbell (which are on all the doors) simply “looks like you missed your appointment.” Like most people, I exist mainly in my front room. A knock at a door in a different part of the house is unlikely to be noticed, hence the multiple doorbells. I don’t work for Orkin. It is not my job to make sure they actually make their presence known. It is also not my job to sit in silence in case they lightly tap on a back door. It however, is their job to provide the service that I pay for monthly that they only provide bi-monthly, except they don’t actually provide that service. At this point, I have paid for 3 appointments, I have received 1. The second was a touch-up because the first tech didn’t do a good job. I think their reputation as a “trusted extermination company” is inflated, if not actually just a lie. Pay a local company, they’ll cost less, and be more reliable.

I LOVE getting the mosquito treatment for our yard. We've been getting it for 3 years now and I'll never go back to suffering through mosquito season again. Orkin is great to work with and everyone is professional and friendly. This week I told Khalil to skip spraying the bushes in our front yard because they were full of wasps and i didn't want him to get attacked. I don't know what he did but I haven't seen a single wasp out there for several days now!
