I saw a mice in my house last night, called Orkin this morning and they had someone out within 2 hours. My customer service rep (didn't catch her name) was great! She was extremely friendly and explained everything very well. Scott came out to my home and I have nothing but great things to say. He was informational and thorough. Was able to find some potential entry points outside and in my basement. He also sprayed for spiders while he was here. So far so good! Let's hope we catch my little critter.
