Our Home inspection was done by Greg O, which he Told me that today Was his day OFF, But he saw My order placed on his work phone, And he came & Completed it. He placed 4 mouse traps inside our house: kitchen, 1bedroom and each bathroom. And completed an exterior Rodent Repellant Spray Completely Around my house. Greg was Extremely Informative and very Friendly! I HIGHLY Recommend Him. PLUS, During his service, he received a phone call, from a service rep, That IS OUR Actual Representative, they spoke & I met My actual rep, Sean, over the phone, while Greg explained that He would Do our House to Seam, As he was Here & That Sean Will be My Representative the Following months. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!👍

It was honestly a waste of money. They did an ok inspection but charged me monthly to do follow ups and only showed up for one. They had used sticky traps which is very inhumane and my tenant had to deal with a rat screaming slowly dying in the basement. I tried to get ahold of Orkin on the weekend to take care of it and they were closed. I ended up having to hire someone else to go get it. What’s the point of them if they just put down sticky traps and aren’t available to take care of the problem. I could have saved hundreds of dollars by going to the store and buying sticky traps. I cancelled my service and demanded a refund. Don’t recommend.

Very very disappointing with Orkin, caught our technician spraying our neighbors property then getting in his vehicle and leaving without doing our property, getting an email saying service was completed and expecting us to pay for services not rendered, then we call and say why didn't you do our property. The response we get is oh I will turn around and come do it. Still waiting for a call back from the manager that I asked to speak with a week ago. How many times have we paid for the service and it has not gotten done before he got caught this time. NOT HAPPY AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....
