Very poor service. I work at a big name hotel here in jackson mi, three hotels in one location actually and we've had the same guy sent here multiple times for various pest control and he is the epiphany of a slacker. Ive literally followed this guy as he does his "job", if you can call it that, he walks room to room and in each place he goes he sprays in one corner of the room, one little squirt and proceeds to stand there for a second then goes and does the same thing each area he goes to. Hes ALWAYS got his phone attached to his ear, sometimes having inappropriate conversations in public places. Any treatment we've requested has NEVER worked. Never. Save time and money and buy something off the shelf to do it yourself or hire someone who actually does there job and is held accountable if not. If it was possible to give less than one star i would have!! We wont be using this place anymore if i have any say over it.

I am going to assume that my interaction was with the owner. I felt unsafe in his presence. He was supposed to come look at the home I am renting from 12-2pm as I had an appointment with a medical sleuth at I have been waiting months to see. Of course, he does not show up until around 3pm. He shows up with the maintenance and I tell him you were supposed to be here between 12-2pm you’re going to have to reschedule. He states “nope I’m gonna do my job”, barges in, then proceeds to state “you do not own this property, you have no control, I have all day to come if I’m supposed to come to a home”. Mind you I am one female by myself in this home with a man who is asserting hisself into my private residence, red in the face, and purposefully belittling me. I call the office of the specialist I’m supposed to be at to explain why I will be late, just to be told that I will have to be put back on the waitlist because per policy if I arrive more than 15min late I have to reschedule. If the owner has no respect for time, asserts his presence, and belittles tenants, not thinking this is a great company to hire.

Won’t be dealing with this company. called about having a home inspection done. Had to literally hang up the phone on the representative because he wanted to question me about why I needed to call my husband to make sure the arrangements would work and make sure the appointment time would work. Wanted me to 3 way my husband while he was at work. Umm no! Made it seem like it would be the end of the world if I called back! Jeez! Hated to have to hang up but he was being way too aggressive. I’ll find another company.
