Completely ineffective. Everyone is very nice, polite, and respectful. No issues with my interactions with anyone. But after months and months of "service" and paying hundreds of dollars, not a single rodent has been caught by Orkin, and today I'm told that the issue is bad enough to require upwards of $4-5K in work in the attic to deal with mice living in the insulation, which will then result in MORE mice coming out of the woodwork?! BTW, my situation has not changed from the first time I called for assistance, and everything that was noted during today's service call, was present and noted during the first visit. What is really going on, Orkin?! What have I been paying for for the past months?

My technician Garvin is always very professional and great to work with. He is very thorough, always on time and finishes every job as promised. Mr. Garvin is very knowledgeable and customer focused. Really impressed by the customer service and attention to detail offered by Orkin. My apartment complex has been negligent in treating my apartment for pests, so I hired Orkin to help me manage the situation. Setting up an appointment was quick and simple, and I appreciate their flexibility in rescheduling to better fit my schedule. Taiwo was so helpful and thoroughly explained everything he did in my unit. Really satisfied with the experience so far and would certainly use these services again (though I pray I never have to lol)

I am quite sure what’s going on with the mice infestation but after two half months with Orkin we are still having serious issues. They come highly recommended but I am skeptical because the issues have not been resolved or showing progress in the right direction! I will give it another month to report back on more conclusive results!

Guy arrived over an hour after the end of the time frame. Didn’t even call me until 45 minutes after the time frame had ended. Made me late to work. Was not happy about it. Update: it’s now been two weeks to the day and no one from the company has contacted me (the tenant) about the poor timeliness of the services provided that George H (my landlord) paid for to have taken care of at the house.

This was my first experience with Orkin. The serviceman did not show up on time and did not call to let me know he was running late. I had flea treatment I was told they were going to fog before they got here but was told that they do not fog for fleas. I took off stars for lateness and miscommunication. The spray seems to be working but there are still fleas. They ate coming back in 2 weeks.The service once he got here was just okay. He couldn't answer any of my questions. I had to call the local place and they were very helpful.
