Julie was my person that came to do my apartment and she did a wonderful job however they switch to people to come and do the job it wasn't the same they were a little fast to get in and get out and I didn't feel I was getting my service provided properly. However when they had the same one coming out Julie those couple times it was very very very very very good. That's why I gave up four.

We have been a customer with ORKIN for 2 years and have have been pleased with the two technicians up to this point. Eric M and Kaila R are fantastic. Today, however, we had Noah M. We received a text that he was at our address but he did not arrive until more than 30 minutes later. Upon arrival, he seemed rushed and paid little attention to being thorough. I’ve called and spoke with a Team member who assured me my dissatisfaction will be passed along. I understand it is not realistic to expect the same technician every time and that there will be differences between technicians, but not to this degree. I would rather continue with Kaila R. for future treatments or not at all.

Had a major ant problem and Tiffany came out to evaluate and remedy the issue. She explained everything to me including what she would be applying, how long it would take before they were gone and made herself available in the event there was any issue. Like clockwork everything turned out just as she said and me any my family could not be happier. Very pleased with the professionalism of Tiffany and the work she performed.

But after speaking with crystal she ensured us that no matter how clean we are these issues can still arise for various reasons. Crystal was AMAZING!
