Very disappointed and hung up after wasted 20min on the call listening to robot voice instead of REAL HUMAN talk to us and provide the information we needed. New customer and wanted to get pricing on pest control and not looking to deal with Robot on the phone.

I’ve been with Orkin for about 2 years and the service has been mostly fine. Unfortunately, twice now I have canceled services , but Orkin has sent someone out anyway. Most recently, I called twice yesterday, but either the phone disconnected or someone hung up on me both times. I replied to their text message stating please cancel and replied to their email asking it to be cancelled. instead, at 10 o’clock this morning, the representative showed up in my door. I was extremely sick, so my daughter answered and told him that I had canceled and I would call and reschedule. 10 minutes later we hear someone outside and it is the service rep spraying anyway. At this point, I was angry, so I got out of bed and asked him why he was spraying. He told me that his manager told him he was here and he should spray. I told him it was illegal to be on my spraying after I had asked him to leave (And Had cancelled the service). I asked him to stop immediately and to get off my property. . He is a kind man, so I explained to him, I was not angry at him because he was only doing as he was told by his manager, but what nerve Orkin has to have their rep spray my property when I had cancelled and told their rep to leave my property before he had even started spraying. This is not the first time either. They have also done the same thing to me previously and to my daughter as well. So..please beware of Orkin’s service practices. This is my experience with them and others may not have had this experience.

We LOVE Crystal. Going through chemo I had special needs and didn’t want different people in my home. Crystal is our person and Orkin has always been the best. I tried others and they cost more and don’t do a great job. Orkin is affordable and keeps me safe from unwanted guests!

The WORST, had them come out ONE time in October 2024 for a mosquito spray. It was $100 and the guy was here maybe 10 minutes. I have been getting charged $30 bucks a month since and I haven’t seen them since October. If I call off my phone they won’t answer so I use my wife’s phone and they pick up immediately. It’s like in their system my number registers as a customer they know they are scamming and not to answer. They seem surprised when I finally get a hold of them and always want to reflect or dance around me canceling my “subscription” I never agreed to. I literally paid for a one time service of a mosquito spray. Never was I aware of a monthly service payment. Maybe if they actually came out once a month and did anything I would have caught it sooner but I haven’t seen them in 6 months! Please do not go through these people. Not only is it a complete rip off, they will refuse to cancel your subscription. I firmly believe they only exist as a company not through hard work and quality service but because of the back door scams. Do your due diligence because I didn’t and turns out I’m one of many.

Customer service was pushy and tried to add on services I didn’t need. Almost hung up with them because it felt like I was being scammed. The service itself was awesome though and my tech Timothy was great!

The one thing I like about Orkin is they give head’s up when they are in route. The tech always texts you to let you know he is outside before he’s ring your doorbell. The tech Sean who is on my route is very friendly, curious and always greets me with a smile. He is very knowledgeable of any questions you might have about have. I been with Orkin about 3 years. Since I been with Orkin I never had a problem where I had to call them to come back out because I see bugs. I was having pest problems in my garage and kitchen and Orkin was able to take care of my problem on the first visit.

They are wonderful. They came out quickly within 24 hours & listened to my situation to better help them do there job. My technician Sean, that came out was extremely nice as well as the person I spoke with on the phone I think her name might be Letiesha. They're all so nice & do an Amazing job having to take care of the unwanted critters & bugs
