My tech, Riley Hart, was very informative and very polite. I’m in the middle of renovating so he made me feel very comfortable about my mess. He explained everything thoroughly. All night it was a great experience. I have used Orkin before so I do trust and know that they’re gonna get the job done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Orkin, especially my technician, Brandon. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explained exactly what he was doing, and made sure I understood how the treatment plan would work. As a new homeowner dealing with rodents, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Brandon didn't rush through the appointment or make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Instead, he reassured me, answered every question, and made me feel much more confident that this problem could be resolved. He also went above and beyond by setting up my follow-up appointments, scheduling an inspection, and even using the bait stations I had already purchased, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping their customers feel at ease. Brandon's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into one that I now feel much more hopeful about. Thank you, Brandon, and thank you, Orkin! I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about its customers.

Did they do a great job on the actual project? Yes. Were they courteous in my home? Yes. Communication, scheduling, and any kind of follow up is an absolute nightmare. Their leadership has much to be desired, as I just called as a disgruntled customer for follow up on a project completed in December and was hung up on without a “thank you” or “good bye” from their manager LaDaryl.

Ryan came out today to do an inspection. He was very professional, friendly and gave us the information we needed on how Orkin could remedy our problem. When I called Orkin yesterday, Debbie and Kim were both quick to get someone out today to investigate our issue. I was even able to text a photo of the bug in question to Kim to confirm what we were dealing with. My husband and I appreciate the prompt action Orkin took and appreciate the thorough treatment plan we are going to get to rid our pest problem.
