This entire process was absolutely smooth, from how helpful the person who helped me book the appoint, how quickly I was about to get an appointment (next day) to the tech coming on site and performing inspection and treatment. De’Anthony was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly, gave me tips and sprayed in and out of the house. The bugs, mosquitos and spiders I was seeing in the house reduced by basically 90% within the first few hours of him coming. The no hidden fees was definitely a plus. They did it all within the price they quoted over the phone. I am able to enjoy my home and patio again. Thank you!

We’ve been using Orkin for preventative pest control for the past two months, and Josh has been absolutely wonderful. We’ve already seen great results, and the entire experience has been fantastic. Josh is incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and I really appreciate how educational he is. He shares helpful tips about things we can improve around the home and teaches us about any pest issues in a way that feels supportive and never rude, demeaning, or belittling. He is also very thorough and always makes sure every question is answered. If I ask about spraying a certain area, he’ll either happily take care of it or clearly explain why it wouldn’t be appropriate — which I really respect. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Overall, it has been a great experience, and we’re very happy with the service. Josh is a huge asset to the company, and we highly recommend him!

If I can give zero stars, I absolutely would. We had a flea problem because of our dog. We called them to come out based on their pest problem resolved guarantee that you hear every time you call. Well 3 months of them coming & us paying $300+ it did not get resolved. We threw out everything, even rehomed our dog. Called them numerous times & they said well we cant guarantee fleas, but thats not what they advertise. We told them we would no longer be using them & to cancel. The manager Rusty was supposed to call my husband for follow up & never did. After that they still attempted to charge us, billing us while we were not being serviced. Twice the guy came & left without performing service & we were still attempted to charge. I had video on my ring proving he rang & left. Now they sent the bill to collections which I will be disputing for services not performed. We had another company come out & thoroughly perform service & had no longer had fleas. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible company. Do NOT do business with them.

PSA: Orkin Pest Control Tresspassing I would like to note, we DO NOT use their services and I live in the country, not close to the road, the property is wooded with no trespassing signs everywhere. My husband is at work and I was about to shower. I heard voices outside my home. I looked out my bathroom window to find two men, walking my backyard. By the time I was able to be throw clothes on and confront them, they had fully walked around my home. I asked who they were and why they were on my property. They stated they were from Orkin and they knocked but no one answered. I asked why they were in my yard and they said, since no one answered they decided to just walk the property anyways. I informed them that that was extremely unacceptabl and unprofessional. I told them we have no trespassing signs for a reason and took photos of their license plate to file a complaint. Now here’s what kills me. I called the owner to file a complaint. I asked ‘is it your policy to have employees trespass on private property if someone doesn’t answer the door?’ He said no. They are supposed to call the client. I informed him we aren’t clients. And he said. oh sorry, must have been a mistake. I was left feeling extremely violated and for three men to not understand what is so wrong about all of this is deplorable. Don’t use Orkin. They don’t care about no trespassing signs and will access your property for no reason.

The only reason they get 1 star is because the gentleman who actually came to our home to provide the service was spectacular and went above and beyond. Orkin as a company has severe problems with scheduling, billing, communication and price transparency. Additionally when you try to cancel, the agents try to get you to reschedule instead. I had to say specifically to cancel 4 times before the lady actually cancelled. Avoid them and go with a small business instead.

We have our service done in the northwestern Indiana area . A young man named Julian o ceguera started doing our service a couple months ago . Amazing job by this guy . He communicates well and helps with everything we need done in our home . We where close to cancelling our service because of bad experience with previous workers but now we are completely satisfied with his work 10/10

The employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel their prices are fair. They get the job done. There are absolutely no bugs in my house and if there are any traces, they will come out at anytime to take care of the problem. I absolutely recommend them.
