Terrible experience. Dealing with them since October 25. A George Davis comes to my home to do a inspection. He assured me he has taken photos and will do a work up of what is nessecery to rectify my mice problem he says a couple days. Fast forward it's December I haven't heard from him. He states he wrote my number down incorrect yet the phone number is correct on the account. At this point I am talking to a field manager by the name of Israel he assured me someone new would come out to the house and do a assessment since George never completed his in the 45 days he was supposed to. Well it's the day of the appointment no one shows I call the main office nothing scheduled. Horrible experience and during all of this I have paid them more than $200 to do nothing. Will not refer them or use them ever again only star cause I can't post no stars.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This Orkin location does not care about your home, only about taking your money. I requested services for creature sounds in my walls and long story short- it was squirrels and Orkin does not handle them. Instead, they tried to sell me a pest control service with a monthly fee- which I didn’t want. They strongly recommended remediation of my attic and the inspector Henry told me that it was contaminated and they could perform the services. Ran my credit without my permission and falsified the personal references on the credit form. Came out to do the work and then stopped because they can’t work on contaminated insulation without it being tested. Clearly they knew that when they sold me the service. The Branch Manager, Antonio pretended to be remorseful and concerned. Said he would personally pay for the testing services and scheduled for yesterday. Guess what? No call and no show. Antonio is not answering my calls and seems to be in endless meetings. Actually Orkin is trying to delay cancelling this fraudulent service and the payments are to start soon. Call another branch because this branch is full of people who lie to your face and ignore your calls.

Poor communication. We had an inspection on Tuesday for our condo and they said they would start treatment on Wednesday they didn’t show so we complained and they sent another inspector on Friday who said they would make us a priority and start on Monday which I took off work for and I called and they said we are not on the schedule

About a month ago we had a wasp issue. We called orkin. The call rep stated someone would come out get on the roof and inspect the attic. They didn’t do neither. The kid Christopher was scared out of his mind. All he did was spray some chemical and left. We still had the wasps inside the house. The second time the came out he still refused to get on the roof and go inside the attic. The were up there somewhere. My wife called the field manager and he failed as well saying “we don’t go inside attics or roof”?? The call center said they did. They promised full refund and the manager from the crestwood would call us. Neither happened so I put in a claim with my credit card company and they resolved it by force. Bad company orkin. Zero starts.

Dont use this company, woman that signed us up won't return calls, they didn't show up for the first 2 appointments. The second time they came to spray yard for mosquitoes they sent someone to spray the inside of my house that was cute. After they finally sprayed a second time there was no change in the amount of mosquitoes and now cant reach anyone in the office again. Im starting to believe this is a scam company going to contact BBB and going to file to take them to court seeing that they won't resolve the issues at hand. Going back to tru green, dont waste your time with these guys!

Great experience. The pest control specialist, Abiel Sparkman, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and efficient. Price was reasonable. I will definitely reach out to Orkin for future pest control services.

Can’t get a hold of anyone for 3 days, phone just rings and rings. Service technician came out 2 weeks ago, and the problem has not improved, trying to request someone to come back out and no one answers the phone, terrible customer service.

I've been working with them since October. They replaced the insulation in my attic with a special insulation designed to repel rodents. I was told I would notice a difference in my heating but the only difference I've noticed is my house is significantly colder. My heating bill was higher this winter than it has been since I've owned the house. I've called multiple times. Initially they ignored me until I called corporate. Then someone came out and looked at my attic and told me he would check my contract and call me to set up for adding more insulation. He ghosted me. Randomly about a month ago, a manager who'd been on leave called me and set up to come out. He came out and said the same thing. He then proceeded to ghost me. I paid these people $7200 (fully paid, no balance) to play in my face.
