I could not for the life of me get rid of these house ants. I tried small town folks but knew I had to just bite the bullet and call a big business. They got me an appt next day where they inspected the home for both bugs and mold. They provided me with a quote but wasn’t pushy at all. He immediately got rid of ants, was friendly yet professional, and got in and out. Our regional tech is a classic farm guy who gives it to you like it is and I felt like I got a small town guy who just happened to work at a bigger company. I am so glad I got rid of the ants and will be looking forward to continuing care!!

The technician who came to spray was very courteous and was able to quickly address the concerns we had. He throughly explained what action he had taken, what we could expect next, and what to look for to see if we should call and have them come.back out between monthly services. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing we can call and they'll come back free of charge if we're still experiencing some issues. I went with Orkin on the recommendation of ny parents and would 10/10 recommend to anyone else.

sorely disappointed We were looking for a company that would go beyond our previous, personal efforts, and get this problem eliminated. The man on the phone emphasize the word “guaranteed” and assured us that they were the best. But, after having had our first visit, there’s a whole lot that they didn’t do, that the sales person said they would. It seems like we wasted our money and their promises are largely unfulfilled. They have done a little more than we had done ourselves, and there’s no reason to think this problem will be reduced by anything they did, much less eradicated. They used our paid appointment as an opportunity to sell us much more expensive services; namely about $40,000! I feel scammed. Even the so-called report, was a lazy attempt and of no real use. I feel like we accomplished next to nothing. He didn’t even put out the right products for our need; ACCORDING TO HIS OWN COMPANY!
