I’ve had a consistently great experience with Orkin. Rescheduling due to work conflicts has been easy. I like that in between services, if there is an issue, they will come out for an additional spray at no cost. I want to give a shout out to Cory S - he is absolutely amazing! So kind and respectful every time he visits. He always takes a moment to greet our dogs and give them some love! He genuinely cares and has a personal touch that makes all difference. Truly a great guy!

We have used Orkin for several years for bi-monthly home insect protection and mitigation. They are prompt, efficient and not expensive. The technician, Cory Sinwell, is our guy. He is excellent at explaining what he is doing and provides details on the ingredients of the application. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and honest. He arrives when forecasted and is usually ahead of schedule. We have left our house unlocked when we're away so he can get in. We have no worries or concerns. Cory is awesome and Orkin is great!!

Contacted Orkin about spring tails. After learning about pricing and contracts, decided to not use them. Calling back to cancel was impossible, they wouldn’t answer my call. Used someone else’s phone and they answered. But wouldn’t accept that we no longer wanted their services, even after being extremely direct with them. They kept asking to reschedule, which we didn’t want. Then kept calling. It was that hard sales pitch that drove us away from working with Orkin. Finally contacted local office during the business day and Madison followed through with removing us from the system. She was understanding, friendly, and professional. I hope you acknowledge the excellent customer service she provided to us.

Today we had the first application of insecticide for their carpenter bees and wasps. The service provider was very helpful in answering my many questions about carpenter bees. He was also honest about the fact that they could be coming back at any time. Very grateful to have the 30 day guarantee. I gave it four stars because we still have to wait and see the results of the first treatment.

This mosquito service has turned out to be a bigger deal than I ever thought possible. I’m beyond pleased with the results. I’ve not had a mosquito pestering me for over a year now. I don’t have to buy spray, citronella candles, or bug lights. I can sit in my yard and be pest free all year. Kids and pets enjoy being bite free also. Well worth the very reasonable price.

So far my experience with them has been great! The only complaint is communication and not giving important information and instructions are terrible.. I’m having fleas treated in my house from a previous home owner. Orkin did not tell me I needed to remove all bedding, clothes, and towels from the house to spray the chemicals in my house. Great service when they did show up on time and do the treatment on my lawn- but communication was very poor.
