sorely disappointed We were looking for a company that would go beyond our previous, personal efforts, and get this problem eliminated. The man on the phone emphasize the word “guaranteed” and assured us that they were the best. But, after having had our first visit, there’s a whole lot that they didn’t do, that the sales person said they would. It seems like we wasted our money and their promises are largely unfulfilled. They have done a little more than we had done ourselves, and there’s no reason to think this problem will be reduced by anything they did, much less eradicated. They used our paid appointment as an opportunity to sell us much more expensive services; namely about $40,000! I feel scammed. Even the so-called report, was a lazy attempt and of no real use. I feel like we accomplished next to nothing. He didn’t even put out the right products for our need; ACCORDING TO HIS OWN COMPANY!

I like that in between services, if there is an issue, they will come out for an additional spray at no cost. I want to give a shout out to Cory S - he is absolutely amazing! So kind and respectful every time he visits. He always takes a moment to greet our dogs and give them some love! He genuinely cares and has a personal touch that makes all difference.
