This Orkin location was quick with the initial installation, but horrible at follow up. I have had multiple cancellations and no-shows from them. The main Orkin customer service line is also not helpful at all. Each time I call, I was told the local branch would call me back to schedule a follow up service, but have never received any calls back.

I called a few other companies, and Orkin was reasonably priced and very dependable. We have a regular guy , Kalvin , who comes out to my house and is very friendly and willing to answer questions. I was so upset when the situation first arose with bugs and almost wanted to sell my house, but I was assured that Orkin could make a difference and they have. It’s worth it to just have them come out every month for maintenance or every month if needed. They are so helpful they will let you know what you should do. I called Orkin.
