called (number for local branch) may 6 to cancel, "no problem" the woman said." no fees " - you will get a credit. i received an email about an hour later stating i will received a $65.98 credit. that same day they charged my credit card $66 (i guess they think its ok to round up). i called the number for the local branch on the website which goes to a national number. told her of the billing problem, "you'll have to call your local branch since its a billing problem". i already called 3 weeks ago - why do i need to call again. the reason i cancelled is i requested decent mouse traps. the first person gave me the plastic good ones, the next few techs gave me the wooden ones, stating "yeh, the wooden ones aren't really any good.. they don't give us the good ones at the office." so, then when the guy called to come the next time I said, 'do you have the good plastic traps? nope." so, called the number again to schedule and request the guy bring the good traps. the local office then called - they said they would have the tech bring the good traps. no call, no tech no traps. so, cancelled. how is this even close to good customer service when no one is will to take accountability. so, calling credit card, filing fraudulent charge since i have an email stating a credit then they charged. ridiculous

My experience with Orkin company was excellent. The job that was done put my mind at peace. One major thing sticks out to me was how professional Ethin was. The first thing he did his to put on shoe cover and glove. That shows he was caring. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Also the price was reasonable.

I have an issue with Moths. I paid $350 for the size of the house and it was just my stairs and landing that got sprayed. I was told it would be the whole house. There was no need to do whole house but I paid for it. The technician that came out was very nice. They reluctantly refunded me $100 but it took almost a week for someone to get back to me. I was overcharged for such a small job

I’m not one to write reviews, let alone bad ones, but after a terrible experience with this company (and them being incompetent enough to send me a review solicitation link) I now can’t help myself. Throughout their three visits they ignored my instructions, damaged my property, and then didn’t show up when coordinated with my tenants. I understand hiring a franchise over the local option for convenience and reliability but in the case of Orkin they fail in both categories gloriously.

My Service Technician Marisol Galloza for Orkin Service was very thorough. On a routine service call He discovered a space along the wall near basement door and plugged it so mice can't get in. Also discovered a space outside near pipe of central Air/heating unit and blocked that as well.
