I had a very bad experience with this company. I still haven't received my invoice of how much you charged me. From the beginning there was a lack of communication. Instructions on how to prep before they sprayed was not clear. The guy that came out. Took my information also my credit card information. I was never sent anything to my email. Then someone else calls me to set up the first appointment. Sets it up. Then the day comes. I called that morning to see if they could come early. I was never asked to verify my information. After a while I get another call saying they can't make it. They called me late because my information was incorrect. That's not my fault. I will leave the people that work there nameless. You know that your professional skills were horrible. The only one that did his job was Michael the technician. He gave us information.Answerwd ate questions. When he came out the first time .He asked me again for my credit card information. It was a mess. I will never call this company again. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

The tech arrived at our home during the 2 hour window scheduled and was extremely efficient and willing to go the extra mile to destroy the yellow jacket infestation. We highly recommend them.

Working with this company was super easy. From the initial call to discuss my needs, to scheduling a time to to discuss price of service. The entire team was very friendly and explained the process thoroughly. My only issue was with the rep who I signed the contract with. He explained that the service came with a 3 year warranty, but failed to mention the extra 2 years were an additional $199 per year. I only discovered the additional price after receiving and reading my contract. Other than that, the entire team who came to my home to take care of the pest problem were fabulous! I would definitely work with this team again!

Orkin is reasonably priced and has great customer service! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and offer helpful advice to discourage critters from inviting themselves into your home. They have always been very accommodating when rescheduling appointments. FYI - appointments are scheduled in 2 hour blocks of time, so plan ahead accordingly if needed!
