Aaron, the service manager, Performed my service in the early evening. They were going to cancel my inside service because the storm was coming and the original service man had to get home for fear of being caught in the storm. The original man only did the outside, but my intention was needing the inside. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I had worked this single date and time frame out a month ago with the office staff and it was very important that I had my inside service done. Every time Orkin comes I never have a problem so I like to keep my service continuous without a lapse of time. Aaron called me and he volunteered to come out and do the service on his own. He arrived with a pleasant attitude and he did everything I asked him to do. I am impressed with Orkin’s dedication to customer service. I am impressed with Aaron’s attention to customer need and he valued my time. He valued that I rearranged my work schedule and he made it happen. I could tell, he was never intending on asking me to reschedule. Class act!! He appears to be a leader in the company., His pride and dedication for the company he works for…shined through. Antonio Regalbuto is the guy they have. I appreciate his service and professionalism. I've asked the local office to shift my scheduled appointments to the weekend, but somehow the appointments keep getting scheduled during the week when I'm at work. We hired orkin 10/6 for orkin shield, pest control and gutter guard. They came out a few days later to do the gutter guards and orkin shield. We paid them in FULL $6586.92 on 10/9 and they were supposed to come back and put on the down spout guards but NEVER did. Never showed up for the Pest spray.We ended up calling a different company who came out the very same day! Orkin is a very unreliable company. There has been NO communication at all from Orkin. We have left several messages and no call back. And for their product to come off after a little bit of wind is a little concerning. We feel we were taken advantage of and sold bad product. We asked for the 30 day money back guarantee but this company had refused any communication from us. Again we paid them in FULL $6586.92. I added 2 photos of the gutter guards that are coming off after 2 weeks. UPDATE: 11/16/25 We STILL have NOT received a phone call back from Orkin even though they responded pleasantly to my review on Google telling us to call them. We have left more than 10 messages for the manager Justin and not one phone call received back to us. I have also updated with a new picture of the broken leaf guard that has now fallen off our roof completely.

David T. was great: friendly and knowledgeable. He may do this with all his customers, but I feel like he went above and beyond. Hopefully my pest problem is over, but if I have to contact Orkin again, I’d be happy if David showed up.

Orkin, whatever “eco friendly” dust you used on my creeping thyme after treating our sugar ants in the basement problem (not sure why you were near my thyme when it’s not near the house), you RUINED them.

Dave was prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations in the extermination of the yellow jacket nest in our foundation. The location of the nest allowed them to enter the basement. Dave diagnosed the situation quickly and remedied it, 3 hours after our initial call. The price for service was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Orkin.
