The worst customer service and experience ever! I’ve had a plan with this company that includes quarterly visits and automatic monthly payments. Everything was set up correctly on my end, but someone in their office mistakenly stopped my payment. Instead of fixing their mistake, they sent their technician as usual and then billed me $200 — and blamed me for it! When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service representative, Charlene Gauker, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She is honestly one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever spoken to. To make things worse, the technician was completely unprofessional — he rushed through the visit, refused to do the job properly, and wouldn’t listen when we asked him to spray certain areas. It was clear he didn’t want to be there or do his work correctly. This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes, has rude staff, and provides terrible service. Stay away — totally unprofessional and not worth the hassle!

Save your money and don’t get locked in to this. Have had them for over a year and they have yet to have any affect on the carpenter ants in my yard. They’ll spray, shrug, and leave them charge you $74 a month

They did a good job covering the vents but I think they are overpriced for the work they do. Over $600 to clean and cover 3 vents and it turned out there weren't any birds in them so no cleaning was done. I will not be using them again. Lesson learned. Their free estimate is just someone showing up at the house. Then they charge you before any work is done. Total ripoff
