They always scheduled my appointments on the same day of the week and they will not allow me to change the scheduled day. After not getting the inside of my house sprayed for four months I finally just cancelled service. It was exhausting trying to work with orkin. When asking to cancel they informed me kindly informed me that I had a payment due. I only wish I could give no stars.

I really like their service and the techs that have come to my house have been wonderful. They come on a schedule, we get notified in advance and are super accommodating. I see the difference that same day. When we initially moved to the house there were a lot of ants, spiders and other little bugs. From the first treatment I started noticing how it started decreasing in the number of bugs I saw dead by the corners. Now it is rarely that i see some. We were having big red ants outside and that same day, dead. All gone. The last treatment we were having small red ants inside the house and outside and that same night, all dead outside and inside. It is amazing!

Very honest about their work and very thorough. Despite it mostly being termite inspection/preventative measures and for carpenter ants, they did general inspection as well to an extent and pointed things out we didn’t know before. They even helped with some of it which was very awesome of them. All in all, our home is a lot better off now that they’ve worked on it.

The technician did not meet up to hos original scheduled time. Then after he got got started he was in a big hurry to finish and leave. The chemicals the technician used were not very effective. Critters are still pleasing like no service was done. I'm very shocked and disappointed with the service for the prestigious company it is.
