I appreciate the workers that came out and the manager Leeroy for coming and checking my issue but I feel more defeated by a mouse and less at ease now. I hired them because I kept hearing mice activity and thought my little friend will be terminated and gone before I gave birth to my newborn which was in a month. I came home yesterday feeling at ease to be home with no mice anymore around my baby and I. Last night as I was feeding my child a mouse ran from my room to the kitchen in an instance. I am very mad and disappointed this mouse really stuck its tongue out at me and ran away. Now In my condition operated and still recovering I’m taking matters into my own hands again.

Today service was great! My service tech Jose is very thorough with all his visits. Anytime we have a concern or questions, he takes the time to take care & answer all questions. He very courteous & well mannered. He is insightful towards our pets & reassuring that they are safe as well as himself :) We have a mean cat that for some reason likes him, lol…. We do not have bug issues because we have regular service. So as you can see we are very happy with our Orkin service.

The technician was great-friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The problem I am running up against is that …having them take care of cutter ants is an additional service/cost. When I first signed up for their service I was told that that service was covered. I specifically asked because it is hard to find companies to treat them. The old company I switched from included the cutter ant treatment in their service at a slightly higher price. I just might have to return to them.
