Scammers, they say they’ll set you up for monthly payments & then charge you three times for one month. And refuse to let you cancel subscription with them. The representative are all defensive and argue when you try to cancel or tell them why you’re cancelling. Very poor service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Lack of communication or wants to schedule an appointment from one day to the next Orkin technician fails to show up on schedule time. Orkin technician shows up whenever they like I’ve had Orkin for over 20 years and I’ve had to deal with these situations

Started a service, mainly for pavement ants. 2 treatments didn't work with Orkin, so I did some research and was able to handle the problem. I canceled within the 30 day money back guarantee period. Called orkin to cancel and was told that they don't honor that guarantee on the initial service. I was also told that it would take 3 to 4 months of continued service before they could honor the 30 day money back guarantee but in order for them to honor it, I would have had to call within 3 days of the initial service. Terrible logic. Stay away from Orkin and if you're not willing to do the research, find someone local.

Amazing service! The inspector Isaac was friendly and very thorough . The technician that came and did the work did it fast and discretely. My Husband and I work from home and they did an amazing job awhile they were here and got the job done even though it started raining at one point. Everything went so smoothly and they covered up all holes and cracks around the House as well. Very satisfied! As someone who used to work for a pest control company Orkin just has so many other added services. Definitely recommend.

I appreciate the workers that came out and the manager Leeroy for coming and checking my issue but I feel more defeated by a mouse and less at ease now. I hired them because I kept hearing mice activity and thought my little friend will be terminated and gone before I gave birth to my newborn which was in a month. I came home yesterday feeling at ease to be home with no mice anymore around my baby and I. Last night as I was feeding my child a mouse ran from my room to the kitchen in an instance. I am very mad and disappointed this mouse really stuck its tongue out at me and ran away. Now In my condition operated and still recovering I’m taking matters into my own hands again.
