I have been a customer of Orkin in Hanover, MD for about 3 years. Orkin's engagement, communication and professional management of an ongoing rodent problem was poorly and ineffectively handled. If you are looking for a pest control company that will take control of a problem and see it through to completion, it's not this group. They are good at routine treatments but not for effectively managing a problem through resolution where it involves clear and effective communications with the customer and professional engagement on their part. I ended our relationship with Orkin today after their technician, Craig, became flip and unprofessional in his communications with me.

Marcus was very informative on the whole process and provided great insight on how these insects travel about. His approach in addressing the issue was aggressive to get rid of the problem. Right now is just a waiting game. I plan to follow up to keep the treatment going to ensure they don’t return.

We recently had a bug treatment completed and the service exceeded expectations. The technician (Darnell Holloway )was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process so we understood what to expect before and after treatment. Darnell was very attentive to detail, carefully inspecting key areas and making sure nothing was overlooked. What stood out most was the level of care and respect shown throughout the process, especially considering this was for an elderly family member- even offering to help rearrange/ move furniture within reason The treatment was handled efficiently, and we feel much more at ease knowing the situation was addressed properly. TJ services were performed professionally and courteous. Only I was not aware I was having both termite and pest services in the same time window on the same day. If I didn’t call and ask a question, I would have left my house to run errands after the first inspection and may have caused an issue with my pest inspection.
