Our technician, David was kind and professional. I felt that he did a thorough job trying to help us prevent mice from continuing to get in our home! He saw two holes on the exterior of our home that he was able to plug up and also placed traps around the basement perimeter to catch any existing mice that may be down there. Great experience overall :)

From beginning to end dealing with Orkin has been a wonderful experience. Having unwanted pest is not a pleasant thing to have to deal with and sometimes it can feel hopeless. Orkin made my family feel like there was hope. From the call center to the technician I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. My pest problem looks to be on the verge of being a non issue thanks to them and if any thing else pops up in the future they will be on speed dial !

I am a firm believer in quality service for the money and a big part of that service is customer service. These guys kept me informed about what they planned to do, what they were doing and moving forward what to expect. The assign you your tech and you have his number if you have questions or concerns. You skip the step of calling the company to set an appointment for someone else who's never been to your home. I like that idea.
