I'm a new customer to orkin. I took a half day off work to be home for my third treatment which we really needed. I got an email saying my technician was on his way at 4:38 p.m. (our service window was between 4:00 and 6:00) and at 6:32 p.m. I got another email saying my technician has completed my treatment.... But nobody showed up. As upsetting as a no show is when you take time off work, it's even more worrisome when you get an email saying they did the service. Somebody had to be intentionally deceitful to prompt that email. I waited till Monday to call the local office as I know the call center wouldnt be much help with this problem, and much to my surprise, I was told , "no, it looks like the technician went out there.". I had to repeat myself a second time and let her know that a technician in fact did not come out and offered my ring camera footage as proof if they needed it. No apology, no waived fee for the month... Just another half days worth of wages for me to give up so they can hopefully come out this time. The first two technicians that came out were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. My second visit was an evening time frame and although he was nice, I kind of feel like he was trying to be done with work for the day. Not very pleased so far but we'll see where it goes.

I was referred to Orkin and when I called Jeff Cutshall he came over and did an inspection. He was great. He understood my concerns regarding my cat and assured me no harmful chemicals were used. I’m happy and have chosen Orkin to handle my preventative plan. Thanks Jeff

I heard noises inside my bedroom wall one night, I called Orkin the next morning and they came out that same day! Chad was quick to assess and set up a plan. They are professional, friendly and quick to take action! Very pleased with the service!!

Guys, don’t use Orkin with local office as rockledge. I’ve been trying since September to cancel that service that was suppose to be a one time use and no one ever canceled it. Supposedly they have a contract signed allowing them to do this but I don’t remember signing anything and I KNOW i didn’t request that. I called them several times and requested this but the guy keeps coming out while I was at work and they keep charging me. I finally talk to a different person who seems like he’s from higher up position and can cancel my service but can’t take the 75$ off that they are charging me again and has to have the office manager Jeff call me back. They have maxed out my credit card even after multiple requests of canceling. Both receptionist Dawn and Trisha were very monologue and didn’t seem like they could give a crap, both said on multiple occasions they would cancel my service and I wouldn’t be charged but yet when I spoke with the last gentleman he said he would go ahead and cancel it which tells me those two ladies are NOT doing their jobs and will he cancel it? I have been using them since 2020, I will call them every time I need service because they had did a great job in the past. I don’t know what all has changed in the last year but they are awful. Guys it’s worse than pulling teeth trying to get this resolved. I would literally compare the frustration to the frustration you get when you’re in labor and having contractions. This is INSANE

Orkin service guy Vernon is professional, reliable, and always on time. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the job is done efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on him to keep my home pest-free. I Highly recommend!

Chaz was great. He was here a little over an hour got everything including the attic. An inspector with Orkin came out as well though I didn’t get his name. I highly recommend both of them. They aren’t pushy trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need but they were extremely thorough in checking my house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Vernon was great! Very thorough, professional, kind and friendly, excellent customer service!! He did an incredible job! We just canceled service with another very well-known company bc we had issues with their service and now we are using Orkin.
