They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and made sure everything was completed before they left. As someone who was very stressed about discovering termites, it meant a lot to have a team that was knowledgeable, reassuring, and thorough. They treated my property with care, cleaned up afterward, and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. My Orkin professional is Asante Bogel. He is, by far, the greatest pest control person that I ever met. His assistant Earl was great too. They both took their time to ensure that every inch of my condo was treated properly. Their professionalism and expertise is beyond reproach. I was totally freaked out about having termites in my condominium. He put my mind at ease by explaining everything so I could totally understand the entire process.Needless to say, I don’t know what I would have done without him. Orkin sent Jason Nightinigale, their Home Services Inspector, to inspect the property and provide a detailed estimate. I was extremely impressed by his thorough inspection. He went over every inch of my condo to assess my property. He was very kind. He went way out of his way to explain the termite treatment process. He put my mind at ease by telling me that Orkin is a fabulous company and he would be just a phone all away if I needed anything or had any concerns. Jason, Asante and Earl were absolutely fantastic! I say hello to Orkin, goodbye termites! I recommend them highly! Do yourself a favor and call them first. You will not be disappointed.

Fritz came out to do an inspection and arrived same day. Was honest and educational and provided a fair estimate which we agreed to. Technicians Asante and Earl came out the very next day to service our home and both were professional, courteous, and all around great company. Easy to set up appointment and have our home inspection for termites. Both technicians we interacted with were very profession and answered all our questions. They were able to provide termite extermination services quickly. We like the guarantee that comes with the Orkin service. We are very pleased with Orkin,and it gives us peace of mind about termite prevent and extermination on our Florida home.

Reading through the past reviews, I am not sure that I have anything additional that I can add: my service was exceptional, and all of the techs + inspectors who assisted over the duration of my work have been polite and punctual. But, as its been called out before in these reviews, Asante is the man; if you have him assisting, you know he is going to get the job done, thoroughly and well. He took the time to respond to a phone call after business hours, just to make sure that I was taken care of, and STILL came back the next day to assist, again. Even working around another contracting company that I had completing work at my home that day. We still have to see how long it takes to address my unique problem, but the techs in Fort Pierce, Asante specifically, want to make sure the job is done right, which is very much appreciated in today's day and age.
