We noticed a mice around our property. Called Orkin and they had someone come over in less than 12 hours for an assessment and extermination set up. We had Johnathon Walk into our house and he.was.phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He knew what he was talking about and was very patient in answering all questions. He went above and beyond to even orient us for next steps. I am 100% positive this situation is going to be resolved! We really rally Liked Johnathon. After that I spoke to Samantha at the East berlin location and she was amazing to set up our follow up appointment. This team is very prompt and thorough!!! Highly recommend them

Terrible. We paid for new strips to be installed on garage door and door to house a month ago and still has not been done. Company so disorganized no one person managing our project. They broke our hot water heater, law suit pending. We stressed traps had to be out of reach of puppy and people but placed in middle of rooms. Too expensive, lousy work, very frustrating.

It was a great service regarding mice issues! Orkin specialist did an awesome job of clearing mice and setting up mice traps! Service was yesterday evening and this morning two mice were trapped! Service included cleaning of mice droppings and setting up mice traps! This morning two large mice were trapped! Excellent service! I was pleasantly impressed by Jomar’s professional approach and knowledge with handling rodents. He kept me calm even though I knew I had an infestation in my walls and attic. He sealed up all the points of entry inside and outside my home. His inspector Henry, was also good but Jomar was able to help me to remain calm and be reassured that he will do everything to eliminate this problem completely in time. That put my mind at ease.
