I'm a content creator and have extremely factual information to provide. I have found out that people are not getting their money's worth. I found out that most of our exterior bait boxes are not being filled because of lack of materials, along with insecticide. If your coming to our houses to do nothing, and we have to pay for the service, then you all are in breach of all our contracts. Please be aware of receiving services from orkin, and DO NOT TRUST what they say. Follow them, ask pictures of your bait boxes being filled, anything. They are liars

Sprayed pesticide indiscriminately all over the wall of the garage w/o moving anything out of the way of the wasp nest first. Dripped all over everything stored near that wall. So upset. This is after multiple visits of similar shoddy work; making our house look terrible by sticking this like black caulking stuff all over the place w/o any consideration for how messy of a job they’re doing. Really unhappy with the quality of work.

The worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Extremely unprofessional, not responsive, and did not help when I needed it. I went with a different company. Thank God. He charge me $125 to come and assess my house when I thought I had bedbugs. I was told I had no evidence of bedbugs. after I kept waking up every single morning with cluster bites of three, and noticed a smudge on my box spring. ..I called them back and ask them to treat my house. They called me back and told me they would not treat my house unless they find a bug and if I could supply them with a photo. This I cannot do because I cannot find them anywhere. I continued to get bit and once my infestation got so bad, I saw one crawling on my make up stand.. I called another company who promptly came out. I also called them to let them know and to call me right back as I need a treatment just to see if they would return my call. They did not. Not only did they not assess my house thoroughly enough, but they wouldn’t treat my house, despite having evidence of bedbugs and clearly bedbug bites for three weeks every night. This company disgust me. I would not recommend to my worst enemy, unless you want your infestation to get worse.

Couldn't solve my issue completely on first visit that's why I have to give 4 stars. The tech was courteous and very curious about what we found. She took time to research as best she could. Unfortunately without knowing exactly what we were dealing with and where they were coming from I will be seeing someone from Orkin again.

Took care of mouse problem very quickly, haven't had any recurring issues. Exterminator has been super polite and accommodating to what we needed take care of as far as getting rid of ant and wasp issues. Also gave some good advice that helped some landscaping
