If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Where do I begin? You can’t get a hold of anyone via the phone or email. When you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. My husband emailed the manager directly, they didn’t respond but finally had someone else call back rather than handling the issue themselves. When you sign up for a simple service they send someone to your house to try and upsell you to an $8,000 Orkin shield. We received a text that our Orkin Pro was at the house, but they were not and never showed up. When they finally did show up to clean up and remove their equipment (we canceled) they had the tech ask us why we canceled. That is not the techs job, that’s the managers job. Overall worst experience we’ve ever had with any company, not just a pest control company.

Had our initial treatment today which included treatment for yellow jackets nesting in my exterior siding. I was impressed with the equipment used for the treatment! (Bee Pole) which extended 20 ft to the nest. The technician Johnathon was very pleasant and answered all questions I had and fully explained what the appointment would entail. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend to interested parties!

Submitted an inquiry online for Mosquito & Tick treatment and representative was quick to reach out to me. Sent a rep within 2 days to get the treatment done. Such a smooth process and I can finally go outside without being attacked by mosquitoes. Thanks Orkin!

AWFUL!!! Paid for bee and tick service. Since the service the bees are still an issue and my dogs had ticks. I have called at least 30 times and can’t get anyone. Every phone number you can find for the company goes to voicemails which you will never get a return call. Complete scam

Update- orkin signed me up for "monthly service" charges of $50, and auto billed me without consent 😤 and it takes 2 separate calls to dispute any charges... Atrocious service for $350. External tech said after a 5 min inspection he could do absolutely nothing to stop mice coming in my mobile home crawlspace. Said it was somehow good news, cause he couldn't recommend hundreds of dollars in add ons. Did not spray outside my home as was promised when I paid. Then internal tech came in and told me I had mice coming in from my kitchen and bathroom, after I told him multiple times they were in my vents and furnace room 🤦 placed half a dozen glue traps which made my GF cry, which we promptly threw out. And they want to charge $50 for every follow up, plus multiple extra cost services. I have no idea what I paid for. Please use ANYONE but these guys...
