Terrible. We paid for new strips to be installed on garage door and door to house a month ago and still has not been done. Company so disorganized no one person managing our project. They broke our hot water heater, law suit pending. We stressed traps had to be out of reach of puppy and people but placed in middle of rooms. Too expensive, lousy work, very frustrating.

It was a great service regarding mice issues! Orkin specialist did an awesome job of clearing mice and setting up mice traps! Service was yesterday evening and this morning two mice were trapped! Service included cleaning of mice droppings and setting up mice traps! This morning two large mice were trapped! Excellent service! I was pleasantly impressed by Jomar’s professional approach and knowledge with handling rodents. He kept me calm even though I knew I had an infestation in my walls and attic. He sealed up all the points of entry inside and outside my home. His inspector Henry, was also good but Jomar was able to help me to remain calm and be reassured that he will do everything to eliminate this problem completely in time. That put my mind at ease. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Where do I begin? You can’t get a hold of anyone via the phone or email. When you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. My husband emailed the manager directly, they didn’t respond but finally had someone else call back rather than handling the issue themselves. When you sign up for a simple service they send someone to your house to try and upsell you to an $8,000 Orkin shield. We received a text that our Orkin Pro was at the house, but they were not and never showed up. When they finally did show up to clean up and remove their equipment (we canceled) they had the tech ask us why we canceled. That is not the techs job, that’s the managers job. Overall worst experience we’ve ever had with any company, not just a pest control company.
