First experience was amazing but I was assured that if the treatment didn’t take care of the flea concern, they would retreat for free within 30 days. The retreating process was disappointing. Had to wait 5 days before tech was available. Tech was to arrive between 10am-12pm. At 1pm, I called the local office and got no answer. Left call back info but never called me. Tech finally showed around 3pm. Orkin then text an apology saying tech needed to reschedule. Never received confirmation tech completed service. Communication and service suffered when it was free for customer.

I had them come for quotes because we had spiders and mice in the garage in the winter. They came the next day it was good, he was spraying to kill spiders and other insects. That was quick and easy but they said you have mice in the attic. So I been calling and texting these people. Still no answer no one has came out or give me a call. I’ve told the inspector who came I want it done as quick as possible. I have a baby and a toddler they can’t be breathing mice pee and poop. It’s been a month and nothings been done yet. It’s gotten worse the mice are messing with wires and we hear them. We have seen spiders again but I don’t even know what to do.

I may change my review based on the outcome of the treatment process, however, for now I will rate them a 4* because scheduling the appointment was easy and the appointment date was within 2 days of my call which I believe to be good timing. I did experience a bit of a delay on the actual appointment date as the company squeezed another appointment in on the tech that was sent to service my call. The Tech was friendly and explained the process and went right to work and was quickly done. I'm very pleased at this point. Again, I may change the review if the pests aren't gone soon.

Michael was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help with our problems. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding matters now and in the future, and gave us information regarding prevention. For this being our first experience with the company, he left a great impression; Our family highly recommends!

Bought a home and had to get some treatments as the house had been empty. Have a very affordable monthly rate to keep spiders and wasps away. My dog is very leary of new people and our monthly tech took the time to be friend him so he was comfortable with the services as well. Highly Recommend and hopefully you get Fred because he's fantastic. Very polite and professional.

I called yesterday for ants that my landlord won’t take care of (here before I moved in). They got someone in early today to treat. Adam was so kind and provided me with lots of education so I could better understand what I was dealing with. I am very appreciative.

Wow, what can I say about Orkin. The best. Fred has been our Technician for a number of years. My Mom, who passed away, said he was one of the kindest, smartest and greatest person that she has ever met. I met him for the first time today, and my Mom was correct. The first thing he asked was everything ok and he just went to work. He said he knew my Mom did not like any pests, so he would always put her at ease, to keep her from being afraid and worried. He does a very thorough job, checking everything. Wow, excellent service he gives every moment . He stated that making sure all customers’ are given top customer service is his way. I also, made a mistake with him a couple of weeks ago, and all he said was, “do not worry about it.” Once he left, I cried because the mistake I made was a big error, but Fred, did not let it bother him, and he said “do not worry, and if you need anything at all, call us anytime.” Tears are falling from my eyes because in these times you rarely meet a great worker, who works with a great company and that has great people from the wonderful lady who answers the phone to the Manager (he is also kind). Orkin, you are in the “superior class” as one of the best companies to do business with. Thank you all for not only doing a great job done each time, but for just being so kind, understanding, for giving, caring and nice.???? Alicia Pugh, lifelong customer.
