Gentlemen was kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable of ants and pests. Explained the processes well. Allowed me to ask questions. Cleaned the cob webs, sprayed the outside of home, identified ant trails. Showed me how to use ant bait, and followed up for further processes if needed. Orkin was so great! They sent Thomas for an inspection which was an awesome experience he was very thorough and took his time, he even got a service tech to come out the very next day! Super helpful and you can tell he cared for his clients. Jose came the next day to service our home. He was on time, very polite, and super knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and took the time to search for any openings to the house that would lead a mouse or rat to enter. He was also wonderful and did a fantastic job! I live on a lake and have not had the best luck with other mosquito service providers. They either don't show up or don't maintain the appropriate licensing to operate. Orkin made same day appt, showed up early and did a great job! I was able to walk in my backyard and not get attacked by a swarm.

About 2 years ago, I had a serious ant problem in my home. I tried many natural remedies and pesticides and nothing worked. I called Orkin and they immediately came to to complete an inspection and treatment of my home. I saw results right away and have kept the treatments going since. Our Orkin Pro Melvin Raymundo has always gone above and beyond when coming to treat our home. He checks in prior to arrival and also prior to leaving so we know what to expect. He also explains what was done and safety. He is great!!!

General maintenance, mainly spiders is why I have the service, but unless its 9-5 M-F, they arent open to take a call... Yet they message me on the weekend ti cibfirm service. And messages outside of "business hours" aren't responded to. When there have been floods County wide, and they are closed on the weekend before a Monday service, I expect that the contact they give me will reach them, to cancel that days service. This is a waste of money for me, and little if any results from the service. And with the saturation, how does the chemical absorb or dry to protect my dog? Not happy - 3rd time this has happened.
