I like that they notify you by text message/phone at least 1-2 days before they are scheduled to arrive so you can bring your dog inside without interfering with what they need to do/take care of. I also appreciate when they text you when they are on their way and when they arrive. They have always been on time and are very professional when providing service at your home ?

My orchid service has been number one top of the line. They come every time I have an issue which is very rarely because they do such a good job when they come. And if something happens and I can't be there then they're easily to reschedule for the following week for whichever day you are needing them. I'll say they communicate with you before your service date to let you know when they're arriving and then your service guy he will also send you a text message to let you know he's there. It's a really great service I'm happy to have them at my house
