I highly recommend Orkin! I used them for a Subterranean Termite Treatment and was impressed with the service from the initial consultation to the completion of the job. Dennis was on time, provided a detailed report with photos, and thoroughly explained the treatment options. On service day, Ritchie and his team were professional and detail-oriented. Ritchie provided "walkthrough" pointing out where drilling had been done and patched afterward (which was done nicely) and they were even kind enough to help me move items back into my garage. The team went above and beyond, and I will definitely recommend Orkin!

Martin Avalos is a great guy and worked with honesty and integrity. If he hadn't been so good of a guy. I would have not gone through with the service due to cost. I will acknowledge that an unnamed manager had to help make things more comfortable cost wise and give the authority to do it as well. Love that Tyrone our bug technician keep in instant contact with me, that they were going to be late but still make it for my service. Advise me about more insects and took care off it without any additional cost to my plan. House was vacant and left they left it securely after I check on the house the following day.

Hector, our bug sprayer, is the friendliest. We really enjoy talking to him. And i feel he is honest and I can let him go in any room and not have to follow. I took advantage of the introduction offer Over 2 years ago and the price for service after the introduction was fair so we stayed on. If ever there is a change in service days, I can call and change practically the same day. And there is always at least 2 messages reminding me the date and time they are arriving. Been with Orkins for a couple of years now. I actually had two homes serviced by Orkin, both on their quarterly plan. I’ve never had any issues or complaints. Our new home is located in a more rural location and hence more spiders and insects. There are multiple other insect service companies in my area, many which have nocked on my door to sell me a better price service. I’ve never left Orkin for a better price; Why? I’ve had multiple technicians through out the course of my years with Orkin and the Techs have always been very serviceable with great personalities. My most current technician is Hector and he’s thus far my favorite technician. He always listens to my concerns, does what’s needed to solve any issue I have and very knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with both Orkin and Hector. In addition, their appointment app is so effortless and easy to use, I’ve never had issue requesting extra service or moving any service date. Thank you Orkin for ensuring my home is free of any critters. 🙂
