Martin Avalos is a great guy and worked with honesty and integrity. If he hadn't been so good of a guy. I would have not gone through with the service due to cost. I will acknowledge that an unnamed manager had to help make things more comfortable cost wise and give the authority to do it as well. The combination of his attitude and that management is an asset to the company and is what earned this 5 star rating. God Bless. When I need pest control service again I will call orkin

Today we had a technician come in to inspect and diagnose the ongoing problem with the ants in our new home. I really appreciate the fact that our technician Jaime was able to diagnose the issue and help inform me about how to deter them from coming back! Love that Tyrone our bug technician keep in instant contact with me, that they were going to be late but still make it for my service. Advise me about more insects and took care off it without any additional cost to my plan. House was vacant and left they left it securely after I check on the house the following day.

Hector, our bug sprayer, is the friendliest. We really enjoy talking to him. And i feel he is honest and I can let him go in any room and not have to follow. I took advantage of the introduction offer Over 2 years ago and the price for service after the introduction was fair so we stayed on. If ever there is a change in service days, I can call and change practically the same day. And there is always at least 2 messages reminding me the date and time they are arriving. Been with Orkins for a couple of years now. I actually had two homes serviced by Orkin, both on their quarterly plan. I’ve never had any issues or complaints. Our new home is located in a more rural location and hence more spiders and insects. There are multiple other insect service companies in my area, many which have nocked on my door to sell me a better price service. I’ve never left Orkin for a better price; Why? I’ve had multiple technicians through out the course of my years with Orkin and the Techs have always been very serviceable with great personalities. My most current technician is Hector and he’s thus far my favorite technician. He always listens to my concerns, does what’s needed to solve any issue I have and very knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with both Orkin and Hector. In addition, their appointment app is so effortless and easy to use, I’ve never had issue requesting extra service or moving any service date. Thank you Orkin for ensuring my home is free of any critters. 🙂

Had an issue at home, so I decided to call Orkin! Our pest control guy Javier, was friendly, professional and very helpful. He was knowledgeable on what he was doing! He answered all the questions we had , and believe me we had quite a few. He was always courteous and didn’t skip a beat. He told us how to care after he treated our home, which was very helpful as we were all scared at not knowing if it would be safe or how to be safe with the treatment done. I definitely recommend Orkin and thankful for Javier and his professionalism.
