I've never received poorer service from anyone than I received from Orkin. They either no showed for my appointment or rescheduled my appointment without notification. When they did actually show up , after multiple reschedules or no shows, The service guy could not see what it was I was trying to show him and stated that he had poor eyesight. You're looking for pests, how can you have poor eyesight? When he finally was able to see what I was experiencing, he stated that he could not identify what it was and he would speak to a supervisor who would return the following day to identify what this test was. Supervisor never showed up, never called, nothing. Three or four days later I call again to Orkin to complain and they send out another service person to be scheduled on Friday, did not show, did not call, appointment was rescheduled for Saturday without any notification. When that service provider did finally show, this was December 16th, he casually walked around my home, I explained to him what it was I was experiencing and dealing with on a daily basis, He stated he understood what my situation was and agreed to treat my home for this pest(s). I was curious as to why he didn't do any inspection or have any equipment to inspect with but I was relieved that he was going to take care of his problem. So my partner, four dogs and I had to vacate the house for half an hour while he sprayed and let this chemical do what it needs to do. I was thrilled that he took care of it so quickly I paid my $144 or whatever it was for the initial treatment and agreed to have them service every month or every other month. Then I received the service report. In the report he stated that he inspected the house completely, not true, he assessed what the situation was and determined that he would treat for fleas, ants and roaches. He went on to state that he addressed the customers request for service and treatment and considered this visit completed. All not true. Not once did I request any service for fleas ants or roaches, I don't have any of that, never have had any of that, never complained of that. I complained of pests, flying pests and what appear to be mites. He did not treat for that whatsoever. I called the store immediately and complained , of course they were closed . So I sent an email describing exactly what I've described here. No response. I called again on Monday , multiple times to try and speak to someone. Finally the manager or assistant manager gets on the line and we have this conversation. He apologized that I was unhappy with the treatment and that he personally or the manager would come to my home within a day or two to view for themselves what the situation was and to address it. To date they have not shown up nor have they called. They claim "they're not satisfied till I'm happy", well I'm not happy, yet they seem to be satisfied with the service they provided. So I call again December 26th, manager not available, but he or the assistant manager will return my call today before the end of the day. I've been hearing that story for the last 4 weeks. So thanks to Orkin, I continue to deal with these pests. Thanks for taking my money.

Terminex didn't show up twice. Orkin scheduled the appointment and kept their word. Renae, the young lady who attended to my initial call, was polite, professional, and understanding of my concerns. Karl, the home inspector, was absolutely wonderful. He called before his arrival, arrived in a timely fashion, and was very respectful of our home. He did a thorough inspection, explained everything to us, and informed us on the process moving forward. My husband and I felt the price was reasonable for what was needed. We greatly appreciated his integrity. Hopefully, this type of customer service will continue with this company.

Orkin Pest Control was quickly responsive to the services we needed. The individual who came out to treat our home was very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the pests and I was being informed more of infestation and where can appear in my home. He took the time to treat our home and gave clear instructions before moving into our new home. He cared as if it was his own home and felt assured that I picked a great pest control company to service our home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone but furthermore I would recommend the gentleman that came out to service it. He was awesome!

Dario, our service provider is awesome! Super friendly & professional! Very communicative! And does the job well! He is consistent and an excellent communicator.
