Signed up for monthly gopher removal service, along with the regular bug spray service. I was told traps would be set and the next week someone would come and check them. This has not been the case. I have had to set the touch-up service myself, which is a pain. But have found rather than do a touch-up they want to do the regular spraying service, so the timing gets off. And this last time, I stopped him from doing the full service, and yet got charged for the service.

Usually a very good service. I gave 4 stars as their appointment system alerts doesn’t always match with the time the person shows up. This can be a problem as I have a dog that needs to be put inside. Luckily someone was still at home at the time the person showed today, but this can be a problem if there’s mismatch times given.
