“Do not even consider this company as an option. They have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and this is the first time I have had to deal with a company less concerned about the customers’ satisfaction. We have used other pest control companies and had no problems with pests for up to a year. When I called them and told them the ants were back, they said we were 20 days over our 30 day warranty. I told them that they did not inform me prior to their visit that we would have to leave the premises for 2 hours. I have children. I cannot just pick up and go at a moment’s notice. The guy did a sloppy, hurried process and left me worrying about the effect it would have on my kids. He backtracked and said that we didn't really need to vacate. It was just a precaution. (really?) We paid $185 for them to fumigate our house. When I told them that less than 2 months was unacceptable, they told me my only option was to get on a quarterly plan for 1 year for $98 every 3 months. Can you believe that? The person told me that was all she could do. I was so pissed; I told her we would not do business with them anymore. Her response was sorry, that's the best we can do. You would think that a business truly concerned about customer satisfaction would have tried a little harder to retain our business. From being in the business of customer satisfaction, I know that 87% of customers who have a bad experience will not only return to the business, but will tell as many people as possible about their experience. So there you go. Do business with this company at your own expense, and I do mean expense in the most literal way.”
