Company takes advantage of Ederly. This company is so unprofessional to be corporate. I asked to speak to Manager 2 months ago. I had problems from the original person lying, To the technician saying that he came when he never came and then still charged. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. I would definitely go with any other company but this one

We hadn't had our 27 year old house checked for termites since it was built. I was concerned so I called Orkin. I was able to get an appointment for the following week and Mark came out to perform a free inspection. He was very thorough in that he checked the inside of our home the attic and the perimeter. I was happy to hear that he found no indication of any termites in our home. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He noticed that we didn't have any gutter guards on our garage gutters and living room. He advised that they do gutters so I agreed to have them installed. Valentine came out the following week and installed the gutter guards in a very short time by himself and did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and professional too. We were extremely pleased with the entire process with Orkin and we highly recommend them.

I love the reminder texts and the arrival text! I have dogs so that is super helpful. My technician, Jordan, communicates well and is very responsive. He even calls when he will be arriving earlier or later then the original window in the reminder text. Thanks Jordan/Orkin!

Orkin ROCKS! We haven't had issues with mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, etc for the entire time we've had their service. (It's coming up on 2 years.) Best decision we made for our outdoor Sacramento home life. And our technician, Brian is really cool. We like that we have a dedicated person that knows our property so the service is tailored to what we need.
