“I have been a customer for a while. First and main issue, they do not completely rid my home or property from pests. Second, when I need a retreat, which is often, the technician has to call me as opposed to the admin person arranging it. This always takes days. In this case, a week. I called a week ago and not heard back. I have expressed my frustration to the office about this. It is the way it is I am told. This service is expensive in my opinion and they do not cure my pest problems. I have been calling all day today to arrange the retreat and they are not answering, not even an answering machine. Maybe they are out of business because of dissatisfied clients like me.”

“Their rodent exclusion services were excellent. A few years ago we had a rodent problem as is common in our rural location. Lido and his crew sealed all entry points and our rodent problem was solved. But recently, we have been leaving a doggie door open at night for our elderly dog which is where the rodent found entry. We had no luck with setting traps using food. I called Lido for advice and explained the situation. He recommended setting the traps with nesting material - cotton balls! It worked like a charm. Lido was extremely helpful. He did not push monthly rodent services and gave us excellent advice on how to solve the problem ourselves. We will continue to be loyal customers of this company and highly recommend them, not only for their initial exclusion services but also because of excellent continued support and advice they provide. Would give them 10 stars if possible!”
