The Orkin team from Bartonville, IL, servicing Peoria, just left our house after spending several hours on our roof, in our attic and crawl space, to provide pest exclusion services. Ryan Flanigan, our Orkin inspector, was instrumental in identifying vulnerabilities on our roof where unwanted pests could enter. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, visited our home twice to set up the exclusion and pest control services we need. We genuinely appreciate Ryan and his exclusion team: Danny, Xavier and Austin, and the pest control technician, Jacob. They worked together to ensure pests no longer have a way of entering our home. We thank them for their timeliness and their courteous, friendly, and respectful nature. Jacob was very thorough in his placement of devices to catch unwanted pests. He answered our questions and was very kind. A special thank you to Danny for vacuuming our crawl space; not a pleasant job. But he did a thorough vacuuming with a warm smile and a can-do attitude. He even made a point of showing us his work afterwards to ensure we were pleased. We are grateful for the thorough work and the positive attitudes we received from this Orkin team. Their job is difficult. We appreciate and respect their knowledge and dedication in helping us maintain a home that is healthful and free from unwanted pests.
