The regional manager is kind, responsive, communicative, and promptly handles issues. I will continue my services based on the Regional Manager’s customer service skills.

We had termite treatment and a dry zone in our crawl space put in. The sales guy Tim Reid told us the termite treatment was good for life and if we ever dug around where it was applied to call them they would do a spot treatment for free. A few years later we had to dig for electric reasons and found out he lied to us they wont come out and reapply without charging us to do so. Apparently the agreement we signed on Tim's Orkin tablet they do not have that agreement. If i could give them 0 stars i would cause now we are out the money on the termite treatment and it is not guaranteed. Now i wonder if the right treatment was even used.

The Orkin tech was/is awesome he promised he would get rid of all my bugs “including my spiders” and he did. I was a little skeptical to be honest. I had recently got a few ants that just started coming in and there gone now too. They are very accommodating to my last min cancellation, and the lady whom works in the Bloomington office is very nice and great customer service. I definitely would recommend them 100%.
